I'm sad that you have moved, it would have been nice to say bye and wish you well on your trip out west. So I'll say it now...I hope the drive out west went well and was free of any catastrophes along the way;)
Anywho, I really do hope you are getting settled out there and that all is well. Hope to talk/see you whenever you come back through the crossroads of America.
p.s. I didn't have any other means of contacting you, so I thought leaving a post would be the next best thing.

That's really sweet! It makes me feel sort of like a celebrity--you know, "an open letter to Tom" sort of thing.
Sorry that things pretty much fell through with saying bye to anyone besides James. Granted, he was stuck in Starbucks so I couldn't miss him. Then a lady backed into me in the parking lot when I was leaving. Worst summer ever, for more reasons than that, let me assure you. Anyway, I had to leave, sooner as opposed to later. Sorry about that!
Anyway, I don't have much to tell about finally being getting here (which has only been for a day, in reality). The town is weird, but in an amusing way. I drove down the street beside the real flipping Batmobile! (The TV show one.) No shock--the plates on it said "BATMAN." What a narcissist! That's about it (other than the guy at the store walking around with a Ron Burgundy-sized erection in his sweatpants. Simply stunning. Or something.
Ho hum. Now that you are gainfully employed, you can visit. Just get off the plane and yell my name. I am sure I will hear. Or, you can just get my number from Jimbles. (I would put it here, but then my stalkers would have a direct line, no?) Feel free to call any time; I could even give you my e-mail and we could correspond electronically like the kids these days do.
That is all for now...
By the way, if you couldn't tell, this means I am following along on your bloggerino! Keep posting!
