I watched Eagle vs. Shark about a month or so ago -- I highly recommend it. Good movie plus a good soundtrack, featuring New Zealand band, The Phoenix Foundation, and a cover of David Bowie's "Let's Dance" by M. Ward.

This movie looked so good, but then I somehow missed it when it came through town! I'm glad to know it was awesome. I will persevere, and get it via some movie procurement service.
Ya, I liked it pretty well. Jermaine Clement is a funny man.
How's your sister liking L.A.?
She likes it well enough, though friends that had been there a little longer than she keep treating here like a dumb yokel, and that seems to be wearing. On the other hand, she just filmed a spin-off DVD from the show The Pick Up Artist that is marketed to awkward Asian men to teach them to meet and interact with white women.
I don't know what any of this means, but it's true. And it pays money. L.A. must be a terrible place.
oops, spelled his name wrong --Jemaine.
That sounds like a great series. Nothing better than Asian men trying to flirt with women, period. I'm thinking Eddie Chai and his suave style when any woman he deemed attractive entered the doors at Starbucks. Oh dear.
Those were the days...
